Get Started with Bulldog CrossFit
It’s easy to get started with Bulldog CrossFit with our OnRamp BootCamp. This 2 week workshop is the starting point for Bulldog CrossFit. This workshop meets 8 days over a two week period and is required for all new members. In this workshop, you will be exposed to the philosophies, principles and basic movements that are essential to understanding CrossFit and its programming.
