Our Chicago Boot Camp Fitness Program’s are based on a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Drill instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance.
Our instructors will challenge you to do your best each and every day. They may get a little loud but not to tear you down. They’ll be positive, motivating, and encouraging. There will be times that you’ll curse your D.I. during the workouts but not when you experience the results.
Our instructors will push you but they won’t tear you down. We want you to succeed. Bulldog Bootcamp Co. is a very positive and motivating environment. We won’t let you down so don’t let yourself down.
