A lifelong athlete, he played semi-pro football in the 1980s, won the Chicagoland Natural Bodybuilding title in 1992.&nbsp; &nbsp;In addition, Greg completed his first marathon in 2000 in Chicago. <br /> </span></p>
<p>&#8220;The Major&#8221; is an avid inline roller speed skater. In 1998 he set the record for the Northshore Inline Marathon (26.2 miles) in his age group (1hr 6mn 24sec.) which still stands today.&nbsp; In 2005 won the Hoyt Lakes, MN 1/2 marathon and finished 2nd in the Pro Veterans (age 45+) division at the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.northshoreinline.com">Northshore Inline Marathon</a>.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="western">Suzanne comes to the Bulldog Boot Camp Co. with a full fledged athletic background in track &amp; field as well as a prosperous career in Personal Training. Suzanne is a 1996 graduate of the University of South Dakota where she received her BS in Psychology and minored in Physical Education with an emphasis on exercise science. As a track &amp; field athlete for USD, Suzanne ran the 55m hurdles indoor and was a 400m hurdle outdoor specialist.</p>

Keeping up with the kids is what makes CrossFit a fantastic tool to keep me honed and ready to rock.</p>
<p>I have taken many non-athletes into a Fitness lifestyle with hard earned knowledge and humor. The key to successfully training clients lay in the athletic foundation I had growing up. Sports and Fitness were fun, even though you worked hard in the process.</p>
