CrossFit OnRamp
The 2 week OnRamp Bootcamp is the starting point for Bulldog CrossFit. This workshop meets 8 days over a two week period and is required for all new members. In this workshop, you will be exposed to the philosophies, principles and basic movements that are essential to understanding CrossFit and its programming. We will expose you to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.
