The Bulldog Bootcamp Basic Training Challenge is a 12 week program that meets Monday through Friday, 5 days per week in the morning or 3 days per week in the evening. Workouts are for one hour and consist of running drills, plyometrics, and calesthenics done in a different format each day. We believe in the theory that constantly varied high intensity workouts will achieve the best results for your overall fitness. You’ll do stair workouts, intervals, plyometrics, beach workouts and much more. Don’t be worried that you can’t do it. You can and we’ll help. We don’t expect you to do more than you can. We just want you to do your best.
At the start of the program you will perform a fitness test to create a frame of reference, or starting point so to speak. You’ll be assessed on the number of push-ups you can perform in one minute, the number of sit-ups in one minute, and then a timed mile run. You will perform this also at the end of each 4-week cycle to chart your progress.
Upon joining you’ll receive your Bulldog Bootcamp t-shirt. You can purchase additional shirts for a small price. When you finish your 12 week stint, you’ll receive your dog tag. You must have 90% attendance.
After finishing your first 12 weeks you’ll have the option to re-enlist at discounted prices. The longer your commitment, the cheaper the price.
